Lungs

Adult chest physio

We provide personalised treatment for adults with various respiratory conditions, including:

Pneumonia: We clear secretions and reduce inflammation.
Bronchitis: Our techniques assist in removing mucus, reducing coughing, and enhancing breathing patterns.
Asthma: alleviation of wheezing and decrease occurrence of attacks.

Paediatric physio

Our gentle and child-friendly approach to lung physiotherapy helps little ones breathe easier and feel better. We use play-based techniques to alleviate wheezing, open the alveoli, clear secretions, alleviate pain, alleviate congestion.

Lupus lungs

Lung complications such as pleuritis (inflammation of tissue around lungs), pulmonary fibrosis (stiffening of lung tissue), or muscle weakness that affect breathing in patients with lupus. Our specialised physiotherapy program supports lung function through targeted breathing exercises, airway clearance techniques, and endurance training. We focus on improving oxygenation, reducing fatigue, and empowering patients to manage symptoms proactively—enhancing overall quality of life through personalised care and rehabilitation. In my experience with treating lupus lungs, the consition tends to excacerbated during winter. It is important to know your lupus staging, and be actively managing the condition with your Rheumatologist and Physiotherapy.
